There are lots of factors that an attorney would need to know. How old are you? Was the burglary to a home? car? store?
Let me know and I can help you out. I have a very good friend who specializes in criminal matters in the Jacksonville area. I can hook you up with him. Shoot me an email if you are interested.
Assuming its your first offense, and assuming its not a residential burglary, you will probably be looking at a probation sentence, but you still need an attorney because the maximum penalty is most likely five years in prison.
