Burglary of a occupied dwelling
Step son (26) was charged w/ burglary of a occupied dwelling, petit theft, 18 charges of possesion of drug without perscription. (He broke in and stole all of thier medicine) He has prior charge of grand theft but charges were dropped a few months ago, also 2 passing worthless check charges last year. What can we expect as far as punishment?

I am sorry to hear that. The possession charges are going to give him the most problem because it can be charged as traficking. He is certainly facing prison. Please call me if you would like to seek representation to try and get this case resolved in a better fashion.
