Re: burglary of an unoccupied conveyance
Your son's case and the end result will ultimately be determined on the facts of the case and the representation that he has. Without knowing more about the case, it would be impossible for any attorney to tell you what the chances are that it would be thrown out or reduced. I would recommend consulting with an experienced criminal trial attorney ASAP. It is always best to have an attorney that can intervene early with the State Attorney's Office and try to prevent the charge from being filed. If it is filed, an experienced attorney can work to have the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. If you would like some more general information, please visit my website at: www.slavinlawfirm.com
My practice is based in Clearwater, but I do handle cases in Polk County. If you have any specific questions about your son's case, please feel free to contact my law office.
