burgulary of a dwelling: when charged of this crime what evidence must be produced to win such a charge

You don't have to produce anything. The state must prove that you entered a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime therein. Of course. there is MUCH more to it than this, so I strongly suggest you get an attorney right away to see what defenses you have.
