Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I buy a car for my high school graduate and put the vehicle in my name, add her to my insurance with tags in my name am i responsible for trouble that she incurs due to poor judgment or say if she lets someone else drive her car and they committ a crime?

Yes. The owner of the car is responsible for ANYONE that you let use the car. Of course, if, for example, your daughter gets into an accident, then legally she would owe YOU if you were to be sued for any damages. If you expect your daughter to be lending out the car, then you are responsible civilly, for any damages that person caused.
