Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a Canadian, I was convicted of a criminal act in 1985 in the state of Florida. I was put on parole, I left the state an came back to Canada. My question is there a statue of limitations? Or will there be a warrant out for my arrest if I enter the US.

There will always be a warrant until you are arrested or turn yourself in. There is no statute of limitations on when it can be served.
