cannabis
my son is 16 and smoking marijuana.
can i give him a home drug test and if
tests postive call the police and have
him arrested for the test only? or do i
need hard evidence as well?

Yes you can test him but no you can't have him arrested. You should not use the criminal justice system to solve a drug problem.think of another solution.
