Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was in a car accident the fellow guy friend I was with; that I no longer hang with caused me to have to go to jail over some things he put on me as I was being rushed to the hospital, during the incident. Then caused me to have an warrant issued for my arrest, I've gotten it handled and did time serve but got left to a choice of withhold judification on an drug charge one felony. The rest of the other charges got dropped, but now I have to pay some to pay Duval county clerks some money on an charge I was technically innocent for. What should I do, I Need Help.... I don't know what to do, I really need to talk about this a little deeper too. If possible!

Your chance to fight it if you're innocent is to go to trial. Since you decided to accept the deal there's not much you could do other than pay it. The clerk may offer a payment plan for you however.
