Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Help about a car repossession.
Im on probation for a felony, 5 months ago my car was repossessed for the bank and now they are calling me telling that i have to pay a balance left. My question is if this matter on court can violate my probation?

You should be OK,
While you may have broken some kind of contract it doesn't look like you have broken any law.
in order to violate you the state must show that you have violated a law.
Let me know if your P.O. gives you any trouble, also if you don't have any violations and are able to make it 1/2 way through your probation sentence I should be able to get you off probation early.
