If your car is stolen and you think that the pcso is at fault for totaling your car when chasing them. Who is at fault and can we pull the dash board cams and what type of lawyer do you hire

If your car was stolen, the person who stole your car is responsible for any damage. If that person was caught, they will pay restitution as part of the criminal case, in which case you don't need a lawyer you just need to cooperate with the State Attorney's Office. Or you can sue that person civilly- you would then need a property damage lawyer.
