Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am trying to get a car transported from florida to massachusetts. A carrier showed up at the dealership where the car is located, but did not load the car on the truck because of my refusal to pay an extra $100, when they said the car was out of gas (it isn't). Now the dealership called and told me the keys are not in the car. The transport driver was the last person to have them. He denies having them, and they are no where to be found. Can I report the car as stolen? I need to get the keys back!
Thank you!
