Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

car wreck

I was hit from behind twice by the same person and she openly confessed to the police she intended to cause me harm both verbally and in writing, after she hit and run and a apb was posted to catch her. She also verbally assulted me and threatened me before leaving the scene of the accident. What are my options?

In terms of what? You've already reported it to the police, which is good, since it appears she's violated several criminal laws.

If you were injured, you may also want to contact an injury attorney. You'll also want to report it to your own insurance company, but talk to the injury attorney first.
