Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Caring a concealed firearm by a convicted Felon

My Husband was on Felony probation for HTO DWLS and Fleeing and Eluding the police, He violated probation recently for multiple felonies 2 of them are for the same charges he was originally put on probation for and one was for caring a concealed firearm, the gun had no clip or bullet in the chamber it was just the gun would it be a lesser charge then if it was loaded and what time could he be looking for a charge like this?

No difference whether loaded. If he actually had the gun on him it s a 3 year minimum mandatory. I handle cases like this if you are looking for a lawyer.
