can you carry perp.druges in an unparked container while driving

I presume you mean prescription drugs. If they were legally prescribed to you, then you can carry them however you wish to. If not, you cannot have them in any fashion. It would appear that you did something to make the police want to search you. I am sure there is much more to this question than you have provided.
