Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In a case where the atf has used a hidden wire constantly for a 8 mo. investigation can the affiant (atf agent) go before a fed, grand jury,and testify under oath as to what occured without having to show proof of his statements,in order to obtain an indictment. I willingly paid for my own polygraph,but the agents even refused to take one,It is my contention that the agent knowingly and willingly commited perjuy to a grand jury

That is likely legal. Law enforcement can testify to the things they heard from a defendant. Such testimony is defined as non-hearsay. So the agent is allowed to testify at a grand jury proceeding about what he heard you say.
Polygraphs, also known as "lie detector tests," are not admissible in court.
