Possibly. It would depend on the outcome of your case and whether or not you've had any prior arrests. If you would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to contact my office. We frequently handle Sealing and Expungement cases in Pinellas County and throughout the Tampa Bay area.

You said no conviction. Does that mean the case was dismissed, or that you got a withhold of adjudication. If dismissed, you may be able to get it expunged. However, whether sealing or expunging, you still need to qualify for it. Which, among other things, means you can't have been convicted of anything else, anywhere at any time. If that is the case you are ineligible. Give me a call, and I'll research and see if you are eligible. My number is 727-528-1859 or check out my website below.
