Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Im looking at my case info, prosecutor filed yesterday and its says (Action of filed with status of amended for Counts 1 and 2. What does this mean?

Every county is slightly different but it sounds like they filed formal charges and amended the counts somehow. The only way to be sure is to talk to an attorney in your area to fight the charges.
