how do you have a old case reopened
how do reopen and appeal an old case of a wrongful conviction. because one of the alleged vitum
had a different testimony then the officier and the other alleged vitum it in the motion to suppress court they him chargede with two counts of sexual battery and kidnapping and two counts of robbery

You generally cannot cannot open a closed case. You need to talk to a lawyer and it is very expensive.
