Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a case was already resolved for solicitation/prostitution charge and plee was no contest,but required to take a h.i.v test.if and when that test is taken if the results come back positive for h.i.v...does that alter the case?does it bring the person back to jail?or make the resolved case un-resolved?

The HIV/STD test is mandatory under the statute. The results of the test have no bearing on anything, it is only required that it be completed. A positive test would merely put you on notice of the result but has no bearing on the case itself.
