Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Case Review Scheduled
My husband violated probation and was sentenced on May 22nd. He has a case review hearing scheduled for July 23rd. What is this for and could the sentence be reversed at this hearing?

No a court would not impose sentence and then reverse a month later for a reason you dont know about. If he violated by commiting a new crime, it probably has to do with the new case.
