what does the term nolle pros mean on my record

Re: my case
It means that a case was dropped and is now closed. If you want to remove it from your record you would need to Expunge it. However, there are qualifying offenses and other requirements that go into this.

Re: my case
It means that the state attorney has elected not to prosecute you for the case. Depending on time limitations they may be able to re file the case.
if this is your only criminal charge then you would be eligible to have your record Expunged so that it would not show and you would not have to tell a potential employer about the arrest.
My office is here in Broward if you have any questions about the Expungement process.
take care,
