Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have several cases against a girl for battery and violation of restraining order. She already has a warrant out for the last court case for failure to appear and we recently had a court date on feb 18th that she did not show up to because she was not served (she just recently moved to a different county). The judge moved the date up to march 18th and I just looked on the clerks website and the summons came back unserved today. What is going to hapen now? Isnt this just telling her its okay to act this way?

By issuing the warrant, this is telling her that it is NOT okay to act this way. Now she is facing additional charges for failing to appear. However, until the warrant is served and she is on the lam, you will not get this case resolved. I'm sure she will eventually be served and you will get justice. Good luck.
