Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
There is no category available for my inquiry. I hold a valid Florida concealed firearms license. Does this mean the weapon (revolver) must be completely out of sight. Or if it were placed in an external covered holster. Would that fulfill the requirements under the appropriate laws in this State?

It must be so completely out of sight that no one could possibly recognize that it's a gun. For instance, if someone could see the outline of a gun in your pocket, the gun isn't "concealed." I don't know what you mean by "external covered holster." The holster can be external to your normal clothing so long as it's completely covered and/or not recognizable as something holding a gun.
