Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I caught a charge in Pasco County FL was placed on probation but then transferred to Hillsborough county,FL and violated my probation would i be arrested housed and tried in Hillsborough or would I be arrested and be sent back to Pasco to be housed and tried since that was the county the offense took place?
