Re: getting caught with mdma

Since you were arrested as a juvenile you should be filed on as a juvenile. However, because the offense involves a fairly large quanity of MDMA, the State may choose to direct file on you as a adult. Depending on the charges you could be facing a first degree felony. At that level there is no pretrial diversion program and unless you have some defense to raise, such as illegal search and seizure or many others that might be available to you depending on the facts, you should consider a plea bargain or jury trial. From the info that you have provided I can't really expound upon what will/could happen to you. BUT what ever you do from now on do not talk about your case with any except an attorney. and try to hire an attorney as soon as you can. GOOD LUCK...
