I need help
i got caught shoplifting in mall and i want to know what should i say or do in court and what will be my consequence..for ex..probation..fines

Your options from this point will depend a lot on your prior criminal record (if any).
If this is your first time, you should be eligible for the misdemeanor diversion program which, if completed, would result in having these charges dismissed.
The program is run by the state and there are no guarantees.
It would be a good idea to speak with an attorney about what this could do to your record.
