If i got caught stealing at Ross the retail store and i got a appearance to court paper in the mail and the case type is Arraignment what will happen to me?

An arraignment is where you either plea guilty or not guilty. If you are unsure, then you should either hire an attorney or if you can't afford one, ask the court to appoint a public defender. Either way discuss the case with the attorney to see what would be better for you situation.
