Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was caught stealing a few smaller items from walmart and went to court where the judge assigned me to go to the MIP program. I started a new job and there were conflicting hours so, I wasnt able to go to the class in the assigned time. i got a letter for another court date in a month from now. This is a first offense and I have no criminal history. Should I try to hustle into the MIP program and what are the charges for this?

You've lost your chance to do the MIP so now you will have to go to court and either plea not guilty or work out a deal. Either way, you need to get an attorney. Fees will vary so you should try calling. Give me a call as I handle cases in Tampa bay area if you wish.
