Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Cell Phone Stolen
To make a very long stroy short, my very expensive, one of a kind cell phone fell out of my purse at a skating rink and I have reason to believe that a member of the skating rink staff either stole it- or had a frined come in to claim it. The skating rink does have video survelience. What are my rights concerning being able to view the video survelience- and the rink has posted one of those ''does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items'' does this apply to the indiviuals working there? Like I know I probably can't make a claim against the business- but can I make a claim on certain individuals working there and not the business?
