Is it possible to challenge a no early temination of probation order

Yes you can. Although judges routinely "order" no early termination, they legally can't. That being said, a judge also is fully within his discretion to not grant early termination. With a good enough reason, you can get your attorney to persuade the judge to grant this type of motion.
