Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is there a chance of beating this sentence
My husband to be.Was arrested for trafficking in Meth In September of 2002.He was sentenced to 11 years in Florida State Prison.In May Of 2003.But The warrarnt for his arrest wasn't signed until September of 2003.He filed an appeal and it was granted.Is there any chance he could beat this and be released.On Falsied documents.The last we have heared is the case was in federal courts.
