Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i just want to know if i really have a chance at winning my case i was arrested for battery but the person who press them was beaten me up and then they moved to new jersey and caught a charge up there for agg. assualt they court told me at first they where not seeking jail time now alll of a sudden they are i can never rweach my public deffender can you please tell me what you think i should do

I don't mean to be crass, but your answer is easy - hire the best criminal lawyer you can afford.
If your reply is that you cannot afford one, then you are stuck with the public defender's office.
