What are my chances of having Felony Worthless check in palm beach county dropped based on the SA?

I have no priors and have never bounce a check before. I was at my dentist and wrote a check for $500 and later the night I withdrew all the money in my checking account $608 to pay a bill. I intend to transfer $500 from my saving account but later forgot to do it. When the check bounced and I got a email from my bank, and about 2 days after it bounced I read my email and imminently went there and payed the $500. Months later I get a letter from SAO about a diversion program. I called the dentist and they said there office made a mistake and agreed to send proof of when I payed them to the SAO diversion program. I called the diversion program and they said it would be dropped. 2 months later I was arrested. The dentist office wants the charge dropped.
