Change of Plea in Florida
I have a pending felony case against me in the Florida courts. My attorney changed my plea to Guilty with out my verbal consent. What can I do?

Re: Change of Plea in Florida
This would not be proper. The plea is that of the defendant, not the attorney. Was this a plea in absentia? If so, you would have signed a plea document of some kind.
