Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I changed the date of my perscription i never ot filled for diet pills/ phentermine. I was not thinking it was wrong. I dd not change anything else on the script. I just held onto it for too long. Now the pharmasist wants to verify th date on the script. What should i do i do have a doctor appt in three das for th same doctor.

If your legal question pertains to how long you can hold onto it, then there is nothing wrong with hanging on to a legal prescription past its expiration date. As far as what the doctor wants, then you should simply follow your doctor's advice. As an attorney I can't offer medical advice.
