Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Changing court orders

A person convicted of 15 counts of possession of child-pornography and sexual performance by child, that has a 'no unsupervised contact with minors' order from the judge. He is also a registered sex-offender. In this situation, if he hired an attorney, what are the chances they could get the order changed or removed? I have a child with this person, and have to keep that child safe.
