Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if its your first charge of murder what will you get?.. will you be able to get an adjudication withheld?

If it is a first degree murder charge then the mandatory sentence is a life sentence. Adjudication will not be withheld.

I agree with Mr. Trabin, Withhold of ajudication is not an option, let alone probation or a nonincarative sentence.
