Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was charged with agg batty but i was not the one that actually committed the crime,can i reopen the case and start all over again so that i wont have this felony charge on me

It sounds like you already pled. If so, then you really only have two options. A motion to reconsider sentence but that can only be done within the first sixty days after the plea. Second, if the judge somehow accepted an improper plea then you could with raw your plea and go to trial. Call an attorney to see if either option would work for you.
