Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i got charged with aggravaded assualt with a fire arm and there blaming me for shooting someone that i didnt shoot what do they need to convict me since they dont have evidance on me just he said she said

This is a very serious charge and sometimes "he says, she says" evidence is enough to be convicted. I don't see a question in your post but my advice to you is to retain a lawyer asap.
