Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can you be charged with burglary of a conveyance simply by sitting on a motorcycle to take a picture.

As an owner of a motorcycle and an attorney, I must say that charging someone that way would be a stretch. There may be a prosecutor that disagrees with me so I wouldn't take a chance. However, you'd probably have bigger problems with the owner of the motorcycle anyway, as I wouldn't want anyone sitting on my bike without permission.
