Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was charged with burglary of a structure, burglary of a conveyance, poss of burglary tools, principle to criminal mischief, and giving a false statement. My adjudication was withheld, and I am now coming up on my last month on probation. My question is will I be able to get this sealed?? Thank you in advance for your time.

You may be able to get this sealed if the burglary was not of a dwelling. And you can not be convicted of any other crime, at any other place, and at any other time, ever. If so you are ineligible. Feel free to check out my website, and it may answer some of your questions.
