Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone is charged with a captial crime do they have to get them a paid lawyer
Or will they end up with a public defender if they don't have the money to pay for a lawyer.

If he can't afford a lawyer then he will get the public defender, unless there is a conflict, in which case, he will get a court appointed attorney. Of course, if you can hire an attorney, do so.
