Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was charged with a drug crime judication was with held i know fdle will not let me purchase a firearm for 3 years after the termination of my probation my question is am i allowed to posses the firearms that i all ready own i have them at a friends currently and would like to bring them home

No you can not possess firearms until your probation is over and you don't face any prison or possibility of being adjudicated guilty due to a violation of probation. If probation is over, and you have no other felonies or nothing pending, then you can possess a firearm under Florida law.
