Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have been charged with grand theft,identity theft,stolen credit cards and scheme to defraud.I had no idea I was charged being that I didn't know my ex mother in law whom was employed at the Hilton,front desk manager was stealing credit card information and identities.All I knew was she would give out cheap rates on five star hotels out of the gainesville area for 300.She claimed she had her own clients And accounts And that everything was legit.I invited her on every trip,we went 3times too be exact.She is on camera with me each time,how do i go about getting out of this mess?My ex mother in law has these kinds of charges on her background already.
