You can't simply pay a fine and be done with a child pornography case. In fact, you being a minor yourself is not a defense and if convicted you can be labeled a convicted sex offender for the rest of your life.
You clearly need an attorney. Talk to your parents, hire a lawyer, and wrk really hard to protect yourself in this case. Do not talk to anyone about this case.
