Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have been charged with petty theft and i am 18 years old. This is my first offense and i am very worried how this will effect me or what will happen ? I really dont know what will happen at court and i want an idea of what could happen.

If this is your first offense, you may be offered diversion. You will have to do some community service and a "don't steal again" class, and the charges will be dropped.
