Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was charged with possesion of cannibis while riding in my friends car because it was under my seat, i am pretty sure the kid sitting behind me threw it under there, my friends who was the driverr recieved a DUI for driving while high and got a drug parafanelia charge, how does it look for me?

It looks like you are hanging out with the wrong crowd. Hire an attorney to represent you in the criminal matter, and he/she might be able to convice the state attorney that it wasn't your pot.
