Anyone can be admitted to law school and sit for the bar, but getting into the Florida Bar will be more difficult with criminal charges. Hopefully your case is a misdemeanor and you have nothing else on your record. After you pass the bar exam you go through character and fitness. Any criminal charges will be scrutinized by the committee and you may not pass character and fitness easily. However, it is still likely you will be admitted.
