charged for possesion for riding in car
i was recently charged with possesion of marijuana under 20 grams. i was jus riding in the car, are they allowed to charge me, and can i fight it

It depends on a number of things, such as: whose car it was, how many people occupied the car, and where the marijuana was found. The police may make an arrest based on their "probable cause" but that does not necessarily mean that the State will be able to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
