Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of a pipe. There was nothing in the cocaine bag and a half gram of marijuana. What am I looking at

Since residue counts as far as the decision to charge you, you are looking at 5 years for the cocaine and one year each on the two misdemeanors.
